The hardest part of the job is when you have to deal with other people from other department. But their culture is as long as the job done, there is no need to implement any improvement. But actually during my observation, some of the tasks are unnecessary and just add in to the work load. When I joined the company, most of the people already establish their way of working so I just follow their style. But if there are some hiccups then I have to check, make sure everything is done properly before I send the invoices to customer. If every step was done properly then my invoicing will go smooth. The invoicing is the last part of service flow chart if we have a service job from the customer. Actually Alfa Laval already has all the documentation for their product but somehow it was not managed properly.Īfter that I was transferred to do administration job as to generate invoices, follow up with the payment with customer, etc. I started to work in Alfa Laval as a document controller for some projects. ![]()
